I appreciated the panoramic views from the hotel. They were fine! the hotel provides many rooms with sofas and chairs. this allowed for comfortable relaxation. It was ideal for reading. the breakfast selection was extensive. it offered a great start to the day.
The air conditioning in my initial room was not functional. The room change process did take some time to resolve this issue.

the room was comfortable with a great shower it met my basic needs well.
i was frustrated the restaurant offered a very limited menu for lunch and dinner there was barely anything available for vegetarians i found only a burger i also felt the housekeeping service was inadequate it seemed severely understaffed and my room was not cleaned properly

The upgraded superior room was really clean. I loved the modern design, and the ability to connect to the TV was great. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, and sunrise views while eating were beautiful. The professional staff ensured a great restaurant experience .
The walk from the station to the hotel was difficult. Transporting my suitcase up the icy hill became a real task. I suggest others to get a taxi upon arrival, especially with luggage.

I had to place my belongings on the floor. the bathroom floor became entirely wet due to poor design and inadequate sealing. i also noted that the refrigerator failed to cool items properly.
